Privacy Policy

picverse ("we", "our") operates the picverse/reshoot iOS app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Device identifier. On first launch the app generates an anonymous UUID and stores it in the iOS Keychain. We use this as your account identifier — it is not tied to your Apple ID, phone number, or email.
• Photos you choose to edit. When you invoke an AI feature, the selected photo is uploaded to our storage and sent to our AI processing partner (Replicate). Originals are deleted after 7 days; generated results are retained for 30 days (free) or 365 days (paid), or until you delete them.
• Subscription state. Managed by RevenueCat. We receive webhook events (purchase, renewal, expiration) to keep your entitlement accurate. We never see your Apple ID or payment details.
• Basic request metadata (IP address, country, user agent, timestamps) used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and server logs.

2. How we use it

• To process the photo edits you request.
• To maintain your credit balance and subscription status.
• To prevent abuse and operate the service (logs, metrics).

3. Sharing

• Replicate — images you submit are forwarded to Replicate.com for AI generation. Subject to Replicate's privacy policy.
• RevenueCat — subscription events are processed through RevenueCat. Subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, Queues). Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

4. Retention

Uploaded originals: 7 days. Generated outputs: 30 days (free tier) / 365 days (paid tier). IAP audit events and server logs: up to 24 months for compliance and abuse review. You can request deletion by emailing the address below.

5. Your choices

Deleting the app clears the local Keychain UUID and removes your local history. To permanently delete server-side data, email us from the support address with your device id (shown in Settings).

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We will post updates to this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
