By using picverse/reshoot ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them (upload, forward to Replicate for AI generation, store outputs, return them to you). We do not use your photos to train AI models.
You must have the right to upload any photo you submit, and you must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or depicts a minor in a sexualized manner.
AI output is probabilistic and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for how you use the output. Do not present AI-generated imagery as if it were authentic where that would mislead others.
Do not attempt to: reverse engineer the service, overload it, bypass rate limits, resell access, or use the app to generate content that harasses, threatens, or depicts another person in a way they have not consented to.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
